Janina Yates is a principal learning strategist and organizational development architect, leveraging over a decade of executive-level experience to drive significant advances in organizational effectiveness and leadership capacity.
Her philosophy is shaped by extensive work across high-stakes environments, including government and international development sectors, where she partnered globally with organizations like United Nations entities, U.S. Government Agencies, and nonprofits. Janina brings an equity-centered, human-centered methodology, grounded in advanced adult learning theory, and is known for her strategic approach to building collaborative spaces and cultivating high-performing leaders and teams.
Stacey Baxter, PMP
Marketing and Communications Strategist
Stacey brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications and has a proven track record of creating effective communication strategies and materials that engage employees and stakeholders. Ms. Baxter’s unique work experience in tech, nonprofit, and government together enables her to use her analytical mindset and collaborative nature to increase ROI while creating positive change. She is a builder who thrives when working in autonomous environments where she can continue to learn and grow and build processes, programs, and relationships that create positive change.

Christy is a seasoned training, facilitation, and curriculum design expert with more than 25 years of experience creating engaging, experiential, and blended learning programs for global audiences. She partners with individuals and teams to support professional and organizational growth through thoughtful development strategies and impactful training design and delivery.
Throughout her career, Christy has collaborated with a wide range of clients to build on existing strengths and co-create practical, human-centered solutions to complex challenges. She is deeply passionate about helping organizations design learning experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and transformative. "D" the visionary founder and principal culture architect of Trust Leadership Collective, has shaped his leadership philosophy in the most challenging environments, from the military to municipal government, driving significant advances in building collaborative spaces and organizational effectiveness. “D” has over 40 years of Leadership experience, with 20 plus of those years being HR/OD experience, and 10 ½ of those while supporting local government entities.
