Designing the First Year Success Academy
INROADS + iluminada+ consulting co.
In partnership with iluminada+ consulting co., Kitso Learning Solutions helped design and develop INROADS' First-Year Success Academy, a seven-module virtual learning experience supporting first-year college students through the transition to college. Kitso also designed and facilitated a Training of Trainers experience, equipping INROADS staff to understand the curriculum’s intent, practice key facilitation skills, and confidently bring the Academy to life.

Building a Learning Ecosystem
Southwest Food Coalition
Kitso partnered with the Southwest Food Coalition to transform fragmented training resources and knowledge into a more intentional, accessible learning ecosystem. Through stakeholder engagement and landscape analysis, Kitso developed a learning architecture and roadmap for strengthening knowledge sharing and creating a centralized Training Hub.

Turning Community Insights into Action
RPCVnexus + Peace Corps Connect
At Peace Corps Connect, Kitso partnered with RPCVnexus in gathering insights directly from the Returned Peace Corps Volunteer community. Kitso co-facilitated an interactive data-gathering discussion, creating space for participants to share experiences, identify needs, and surface ideas to inform the initiative's continued development. Kitso also served as a mentor to RPCVs exploring their next steps.
