Supporting the ADCOG Regional Leadership Summit
Kitso Learning Solutions was honored to support Demetrius Parker and the Trust Leadership Collective at the Adams County Council of Governments (ADCOG) Regional Leadership Summit. The convening brought together elected officials and public-sector leaders to strengthen collaboration, trust, and shared leadership across Adams County.

Leading Through Transition with The Phoenix
Kitso Learning Solutions has been invited to facilitate a session for staff at The Phoenix, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building community and transforming lives through fitness. The session will focus on leadership during times of transition, offering space for reflection, resilience, and practical tools for navigating change together.

Building a Learning Ecosystem for the Southwest Food Coalition
Kitso Learning Solutions partnered with the Southwest Food Coalition to design the strategic foundation for a sustainable learning ecosystem that supports staff, volunteers, partners, and community members. Through stakeholder engagement, learning architecture design, and knowledge management planning, we developed a roadmap for organizing existing resources, establishing consistent learning standards, and creating a centralized Training Hub that makes learning more accessible, scalable, and sustainable.
Building on this foundation, Kitso is now supporting the Coalition in implementing the Training Hub and activating a long-term learning strategy that will continue to grow alongside the organization's mission.

Kitso Learning Solutions is proud to collaborate with La’Nita Johnson and the team at iluminada+ consulting co. to support the design of leadership learning experiences that prepare emerging young leaders to navigate complex global challenges. This partnership brings together shared expertise in curriculum design and leadership development.

Redesigning Learning for Impact
Kitso Learning Solutions is collaborating with an instructional design team specializing in medical education to support the redesign of 12 online courses for the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP). This initiative strengthens learning experiences that prepare healthcare providers to treat opioid use disorder in adolescents.

Kitso Learning Solutions is excited to partner with Explore Interactive to design curriculum guides for Mind Labs, an augmented reality platform that helps teachers and students explore STEM through hands-on problem solving and interactive learning.

Facilitating with Grace
At the Posner Center for International Development, Kitso Learning Solutions facilitated a session on healing and transition for members of the international development community. Through reflection and a symbolic burning ceremony, participants created space for closure and renewal.

Strengthening the Facilitation Muscle
Kitso Learning Solutions’ founder engaged with the Facilitation Lab Summit hosted by Voltage Control, joining facilitators and learning designers exploring human-centered approaches to collaboration, psychological safety, and collective problem-solving. The experience offered valuable insights for strengthening facilitation as a tool for meaningful learning and change.

Kitso Learning Solutions is proud to support a virtual session series for former Department of State and USAID Foreign Service Nationals. In collaboration with a team of volunteers, we helped design sessions that center resilience, reflection, and career transitions while honoring the lasting contributions of FSNs to international development.

Together, we're creating a human-centered learning experience that integrates mentorship, experiential learning, and venture development to support participants from idea through implementation.
