Project Focus: Global learning initiative supporting migration governance

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – Landscape Analysis and Learning Initiative
Project Focus: Knowledge-sharing and learning strategy
Role: Learning design and facilitation support
Members of Kitso Learning Solutions conducted a landscape analysis of mobile and digital technologies supporting women’s self-help groups around the world. Building on this research, we contributed to the development of collaborative learning tools designed to strengthen knowledge sharing and coordination among partners working across global health initiatives.

USAID Partner in Learning
Project Focus: Leadership and capacity development
Role: Curriculum design, facilitation, and cohort leadership
As a primary member supporting the USAID Partner in Learning initiative, Janina contributed to the design and facilitation of multiple learning programs for development professionals. Her work included supporting gender training, Respectful, Inclusive, and Safe Environments (RISE) DEI trainings, and conflict-sensitive aid programming. She also facilitated numerous learning cohorts, helping participants strengthen leadership skills, adaptive management practices, and collaborative approaches across USAID partner organizations.
